Yes!!!!! WaMu bk cases closed by court 12/20/2019 with the cases terminated on 1/23/2020. The LT closed 3/2021 with no extension. Call chuck at paladin to confirm…The ownership also ended August 2021….with kkr off the board….Nols have been converted August 2021……Nothing left except excuses by large green with march 2022 and AZ pps must reach 50.00…..also EOY 2021 bs….. there is no more excuses….it is either pay up or nothing…

LG, Thanks for the details on the above dates.
1. Is AG's "Appeals Period" and such dates all done by now?
2. While you are saying there may be a '65_Day" "No Tax Consequences Period" that may allow them till 2nd week of March to pay the Escrows' distributions, I am not sure I understand what, if any, tax advantages with that. Could you provide more color on that?

3. Also, It will be now 2 years tomorrow since BK Cases were closed and will be two years the cases 'officially' terminated by 1/24/2022. Any significance with the duration of the 'Two years of expiration" with the above dates?
