stoxjock, you said the following.

"WaMu bk cases closed by court 12/20/2019 with the cases terminated on 1/23/2020."...THIS IS CORRCET

LG, Thanks for the details on the above dates.
1. Is AG's "Appeals Period" and such dates all done by now?...Yes, all of Alice's litigation, release and no more appeals, all completely finished late summer of year 2021

2. While you are saying there may be a '65_Day" "No Tax Consequences Period" that may allow them till 2nd week of March to pay the Escrows' distributions, I am not sure I understand what, if any, tax advantages with that. Could you provide more color on that?...The 65-day rule allows the trust to make distributions as late as March 6, 2022 and get credit as if it were the last day of the year 2021...since all litigation has been complete since late summer of year 2021, I can see no reason to postpone but who knows they may have reasons to delay distributions into year 2022...I still believe distributions COULD still happen this year

3. Also, It will be now 2 years tomorrow since BK Cases were closed and will be two years the cases 'officially' terminated by 1/24/2022. Any significance with the duration of the 'Two years of expiration" with the above dates?...I do not think any significance other than putting a lot of time between termination and distributions that would cut down on litigation that is sure to come from someone if distributions are made.
