1. Is AG's "Appeals Period" and such dates all done by now?
2. While you are saying there may be a '65_Day" "No Tax Consequences Period" that may allow them till 2nd week of March to pay the Escrows' distributions, I am not sure I understand what, if any, tax advantages with that. Could you provide more color on that?

3. Also, It will be now 2 years tomorrow since BK Cases were closed and will be two years the cases 'officially' terminated by 1/24/2022. Any significance with the duration of the 'Two years of expiration" with the above dates?
