In theory, they could file for leave to either submit a Brief, or participate in oral argument, but at this point the odds of that happening are next to zero. Further, I think any such effort would be denied by the Court with oral argument now set, plus I do not want to see oral argument delayed. Nor should anyone supporting this effort want oral argument to be delayed (although a serious blizzard or ice storm could throw a monkey wrench into such plans, unless I would then apply to go virtual).
The one thing that Amarin could do at this stage to support us, is to issue a positive Press Release acknowledging the grassroots shareholder effort, and then voice their moral support, thanks, and best wishes for success on something that if successful, would dramatically benefit both the company and its pummeled shareholders.
