I like the idea of a press release expressing support. Worded properly,
they could even suggest that this effort may correct a perceived injustice.
(Given the importance of having such an opportunity, one would hope AMRN
would coordinate any actions with you to insure it has the desired impact.)

marjac, it would be expensive but the EPADI 11 crew can come up with a press release. We don't need amarin to put out our own PR. But the formatting is important in order for the press release to be picked up by the amarin symbol.

Hickma will fall back on the argument about standing....since the fact that a fraud/mistake occurred is indisputable...as is the argument that the fraud/mistake was unimportant to the judge's decision...since the fact is that the cropped table was cited verbatim by the judge as a reason for her decision.
