You underestimate the influence that AF has on the FDA.

Approval could be...ahem....in the bag; but, if AF sends one tweet at the FDA you could be totally undermined.

If the TLD data is released without a comprehensive journal article(s), then the distortion machine will go into overdrive to distort the data and product. Whereas, if they are released at the same time, distortion becomes more difficult. It is the sometimes upfront irretrievable inaccurate distortion that can fatally wound otherwise excellent products.
