The issue is not only AF, and the delay is not just for shorts I believe. People can make up whatever they want to say on bulletin boards and pretend to know what is going on and that management are fools, but I am quite sure that they have perfectly good reasons, those reasons are not likely because of failure or shorts only, or even primarily, and that once those reasons are resolved, we should see some very interesting data and information that I believe will lead to marketing approval and a new SOC. All just my personal opinion.
IMHO.
I have said numerous times the factors I believe that are in motion, and the company has given some hints, which are consistent with industry commentary on the subject. So just because AF says there are no reasons but failure, or because bulletin board posters turn that into a 2 dimensional question, it is either AF or Failure, that commentary is not necessarily anything likely even approaching reality. That commentary represents just the false narratives and failed imaginings of people on bulletin boards, and the AF’s, who want to seem to know things they do not actually know.
So I am not particularly worried or bothered here, though obviously sooner than later would be nice. For those who say delay and share price fluctuations “hurt investors”, no, just because you do not know the reasons for delays doesn’t mean rushing when there is logic behind a delay, will “help” investors. Investors are in it to see the outcome. Traders and speculators, yes, they need their money for something else asap. So yes, traders are not thrilled. They thought they found something that would create a quick 10x return and it turns out getting a quick 10x return is not always as obvious as it seems and rather than 10x they got a lot of volatility, and that is hard. Well, when you want and expect 10x gains, you get a lot of volatility. That can’t be avoided.
Again, all IMHO. I do not want to suggest knowing it will succeed or there is no chance of a bad outcome. I have no idea other than my own speculations. I would not be here if I thought it was a likely failure though. But I am at the bottom of it all, speculating. All of us speculate and know the risks. There are ways to speculate with more diversification which reduces risks of many kinds. People should always consider if investing in a single product with a long and complex regulatory process that could go wrong is for them. It’s not for everyone. And to be quite frank, there are easier ways to get steady gains. A lot of us are here because we see a promising new potential tool to deal a blow to a disease that has taken our loved ones, and we can also speculate, maybe become wealthy doing so.
