Even if erhe is renting space in his building there is nothing illegal with that, he may be giving us a hell of a deal. This goes on all the time and is perfectly legal. A company I worked for in the past, we leased 4 office buildings from the chairman of the board, and leased a few of his planes. There is nothing illegal with the company leasing space from Offor.
