Niko, I think that given the implications of your post you need to post absolutely verifiable evidence that Offor owns the building.
It would be the lynch-pin of the SEC investigation.
If ERHC is renting office space from its majority shareholder the SEC would eat him up. If true, I feel like this is another screw in the shareholders coffin.
I still come back to why? Why risk tens of billions for tens of millions? The rights are a gold mine, the company's direction is a complete mystery. Simple communication from the company could answer this, but we (or should I say I) know better.
