Niko, yes there is a Chrome Management Services listed in the Houston internet yellow pages at the same adress as ERHC but its business is oil field exploration NOT Property Management.
It is doubtful that Offor owns this rather large office building.
Niko, no mountain/molehill thing going on here. I just haven;t heard that ERHC is paying its own COB for office space before. It seems like double dipping to me.
