At some point they will have to publish the article or they had to disclose they will not able to. And the not being able to publish the article deadline has come to pass long agoe thus we will see the publication given the few months delay after 14 mOS soon enough.

Bob_L, I don't think at this point going forward TLD will not be tied into any conference, it's simply Certification, Publication and TLD Release with no tie in with Conferences. Once Certification happens TLD could drop anytime. We are now just hitting on average time it takes to release TLD, when the New Year hits I believe a renewed interest in NWBO will occur for investors. Certification will go a long way if it can get done by Jan 1st.

For me sometime in 2022 I will have either 10K or or close to 1 Million in Value or more based on success or failure of NWBO, that is a big gap between success and failure but mentally and financially I have accepted the occurrence of either one happening, I have just been in NWBO for 14 months so knowing others have many years and large amount of dollars tied up I can't complain to much. By the way failure is 10 cents and success is 10 bucks and higher.
