Simple....Tersus is not going to sell to GTLL for nothing. They will take at least 95% of the merged company for themselves and Wayne will take another 4.5%. Existing street shareholders will be left holding almost nothing.
That's how these things work. Wayne scams by using the knowledge that most OTC investors have no clue how a merger really works, all they hear is MERGER!!!!
