Lmao that's why Frank is in a different country
The chart is getting set up. That weekly accumulation spiking when they closed 3
Let me know who your lawyer is. I want a contact for the actual fraud happening over at GROO and PNXP
It'll have to be interesting next week as well, if it's to mean anything.
Anderson used GTLL as a personal piggy bank getting toxic notes from the Kramers. He was also going through a divorce and lost him bay house in St Pete. Can't remember if it was him or Cutchner with the Tersus deal.I spoke with Rosen. Seemed legit. Funding got pulled. Cutchner is/was also a wrestler. Not sure how much we should of expected.Flippen seems legit. Pretty sure he's been answer emails tooFocused on Phrama. Revs looked good till FDA issues. We'll see if DTC works out or not.
But since Cutchner started primecare... they could still be all working together
At least we're getting news ahead of 10-Qs
I'm with Slojab. Don't accept or deny the assertion. Just wait and see. After years of Wayne Anderson, there are many totally POd people around. Wish I knew more about Flippen. Did some research but didn't come up with anything definitive, but he appears to at least have some cred. Anderson never did.
I’ve traded OTC long enough to know when someone makes a brand new profile and then talks all that garbage it’s usually just smoke.
You mean the SEC complaint? Maybe. Filing an SEC complaint isn't done capriciously, so I'll wait to see what's in it before passing judgement. It also cost money to pay a lawyer to file one so there's that to consider.
You must not of been around for the Tersus flop
You and I both know this is all bs
Ahhh...Flippen. I have always heard him referred to by his last name. Thank you.
No arguments from me about Wayne Anderson, the man was born a professional liar and con man. Don't know that much about Flippen..
Hes gtll ceo and now chairman of the board
I know all about Wayne. Who is Wyatt?
Hopefully this coming week, but it depends on if the lawyer.
When do you see the SEC complaint being filed so we can read it?
We’re going to find out soon that the merger with GOe3 was a sham. It was never completed . Gtll didn’t fulfill any of their obligations. ie.. the building owned by foxtrot was supposed to transfer to GOe3 as a factory, but 10 days after Gtll announced the sham merger, they sold it for over 3 million to another company. Me along with 2 others I know who have gtll stock are going to be part of a sec complaint. We already have a lawyer who’ll be helping us.
This crap makes me sick . Wayne and Wyatt are behind this mess. I guess they thought no one would find out. They ousted the chairman, who was supposed to own 70 % of
Gtll then installed wyatt as chairman. It’s so messed up I see people going to jail over this.
I agree 100%. Thanks for your reply :)
Exactly right.
This still may prove to be a legit and profitable business. And if so, the price will rise slowly and steadily. Spikes are based more on hype and BS and when this did last spike, it was a jimmy Wayne Anderson scam. Current management was smart in moving him out.
The problem with spikes that have nothing behind them is that sometimes they retrace quicker than they rise. And once they do, they don't stop. Your mistake was in buying after it had climbed so high. That, and not limiting your loss when it turned down.
Yeah it fell so fast like in 3 days it was barely a penny I held thinking it would go back up
They jettisoned Bruce Brimacombe from GOe3, I guess in advance of jettisoning GOe3 as they announced they would be doing. GOe3 was their link to the EV sector and was a non-core operation. The wording could have been clearer.
Would you give your take on the following statement in the PR?
Concurrently, GTLL has removed the President of its clean energy subsidiary, GOe3, LLC, to allow for a full transition away from non-core operations in the EV sector.
In 2021, it was a flip. You forgot to flip.

Well, that doesn't sound good when I bought into it in 2021 I bought 9 million shares at 2 1/2 cents so I'm quite down. Was hoping to get anything back.
Yes, but unfortunately the situation that caused the OTC to go wild back then was a one-off. The likes of which may not happen again in my lifetime. Maybe yours' though. 😁
We both remember when it went to $.04 in first quarter of 2021. That was exciting.
Can't wait until we see some eye-opening revenue in the filings. After years of virtually barcoding, it will finally start to move this one up when it happens. It appears it is heading in the right direction.
Right. It makes him relinquishing the CEO spot to Flippen understandable. He'll still be integral within the company and receiving a paycheck. They must be expecting good revenue from Primecare..
Cutcher is still the managing partner and/or President of Primecare according to the WY SOS
"at least" to a penny? That would make the market cap $146,000,000.
Let's hope for a tenth of a penny. Even that's a little optimistic if we're only considering true value based on the company's current economic fundamentals.
Well, there have been a lot of management changes over the past 6 months Moose, so it's hard to keep track of who did what.
Does anybody here think that GTLL has a chance of going back up again at least to a penny
Happy to admit when I'm wrong
You do your DD👍
Kind of hard to tell. But since every penny of sales/revenue goes to the same bottom line, I guess it doesn't matter.
In this case, it was Cutcher who reported regarding Primecare last year. I posted this back then.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=175370849&txt2find=primecare
Accomplishments Since Quarter End:
-Formed PrimeCare Supply, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, to enter into new Sales Agreements with additional pharmaceutical suppliers;
Flippen filed the 8K but Crutcher is the founder and President of Primecare Suipply, LLC.

Makes me wonder if Primecare is siphoning off business from 10-fold?
SS still needs a massive reduction
That is probably true. Yet it seemed as if Cutcher thought it was a big deal when he talked about the revenue already happening. We will see.
Primecare only came into existence in Oct of last year and the revenue sharing agreement just a day ago so there may not be much by way of revenue to report with just one month of operations.
The best part of that is that we may get an indication of the subsidiary revenue in the 6/30/25 financials when they come out.
I wish they would follow up with a newswire to go into a little more detail about it. Sounds really promising.
