You're thinking of retail investors in GTLL. But I was replying to what you were saying about Tersus investors.

Exactly it’s nuts to think they will just wipe out their own interests as well as the accredited investors coming in

Their interests won't be impacted at all by a R/S because Rosen can issue them all the shares they need to reflect their current holdings.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
