In my mind, I really want to agree with you and hope you are right about it.

But can you tell me any reasonable reason why it takes such long time to wait? And company can keeps saying "SORRY WE ARE at QUIET PERIOD", this can last forever!

I believe company has TLD for a few months aleady, and if all 4 agencies agree with new SAP and updated. TLD can AT LEAST to meet primary endpoint and some secondary endpoints. What are NWBO management waiting for??
