This was all hashed out over a year ago when the European website was changed to reflect the new endpoints. The websites updated by the RAs were updated, the ones updated by the company were not. The implication was that all RAs changed endpoints but only those that update the clinical website updated those sites to indicate the change. Further evidence has emerged recently (within the last few months to a year) about changes at the FDA directed at exactly these types of endpoint shifts and use of external or historical control arms. This would tend to bolster the argument that the FDA has already approved the change in endpoints.
As to the idea that good results speak for themselves, I would suggest that reading this board for the last few years has disabused me of that notion. If you have not seen how people twist everything they can find then I am not sure there is anything I can say to convince you.
