I agree with Ralphey. Judge Du has shown herself to be close minded, pompous, and arrogant. I've certainly lowered my opinion of the judicial system based on her ruling specific to Vascepa and their patents. Maybe it's a cultural thing and she doesn't have the ability to understand the reason for patent laws. Hopefully she will cycle out of the judicial system sooner rather than later. There clearly are far greater minds/intellects than hers which would provide for a better enforcement of purposeful laws.
