That one judge could defeat and reverse patents after thorough consideration of all the issues is ludicrous.

Since that's apparently the case then patent apps should be handled by the courts to start with. It would save a lot of time and money.

I agree with your assessment of Du. I'm reluctant to attach her title. It seems to be misplaced.
