Canes, I agree with you about the shoddy judicial work done by Amarin's legal team, no question.
Some days, I too would just like to wake up to selling the whole shebang at 10 and get on with what is remaining of life after wasting so many years with this.
But I have to say I have a different recollection of JL. Of course back in those days he was a prolific poster here so it is possible that he had one post out of hundreds where he wanted to throw in the towel, but you can see from these posts, just before and after Du, that he was lauding Vascepa and buying. He stated that he had "most of his wad tied up". I think I remember him best for saying that V would sell itself and that it would be stupid for Amarin to sell itself for less than $100 per share. Kinda like BB.
