It's quick and easy. We buy the frozen tortellini and we keep leeks frozen in the freezer. Just add the chicken broth and we always have a couple of tubes of croissant rolls on hand from the Doughboy.

And yes we top it off with the cheese.

The real name is tortellini in brodo. I've always found it kind of boring. It's traditionally served before big holiday meals. But it's generally made with plain cheese-filled tortellini.
