If what you suggest were the case, then why continue to reference closely working with those same groups in all the following SEC filings, and in the PRs?

That they are working with them says nothing about working on a BLA.

Nothing you have posted in any way supports the post that NWBO has stated they are working on the BLA.

They have been working on data to support an approval for 15 years now. That is not news.
