I am so busy with too many visitors in the next few days. Hope senti responds to you. I am pretty sure I read language like they are spending on consultants/experts to develop regulatory submissions like BLA applications that involve hundreds of thousands of pages of data after they were done with the SAP, in one of their recent SEC filings.

It took me a freaking hour to find this statement in the filings. This is the 3rd time I've gone hunting for it, lol.

The passage does not state that the company has applied for a BLA, but it implies that (at that time, anyway) the company was looking to move forward with those regulatory applications, and to use the SAB and other consultants to do so.

This report was filed August 10, 2020, two months before data lock.

The Company is in the process of entering into expanded agreements with certain Scientific Advisory Board members and certain other key consultants whom the Company anticipates will play important roles in helping the Company prepare for potential applications for regulatory approvals of the DCVax-L product. The agreements are being negotiated around structures that are contingent upon major milestones and will provide substantial incentive compensation.
