It took me a freaking hour to find this statement in the filings. This is the 3rd time I've gone hunting for it, lol.

The passage does not state that the company has applied for a BLA, but it implies that (at that time, anyway) the company was looking to move forward with those regulatory applications, and to use the SAB and other consultants to do so.

This report was filed August 10, 2020, two months before data lock.
