I agree. I do think it is still quite exciting that the IPO and any associated quiet periods are going to in the rearview mirror very soon. I also feel it is noteworthy how nicely the IPO timing aligns with speculation by a board member providing his 2 cents conjecture of a potential tie-up between Global Foundry & LWLG from the November 2021 to EO May 2022 timeframe.

Personally speaking, I really like how such speculation aligns with my May 19th access to retirement funds without penalty when I turn 59 1/2 on May 18th.

We can always dream about early retirement, and it would be so nice to see it become a reality.

I don't think it's the IPO per se that's the issue. It's that IF something giant is in the pipeline, the owners of GF would surely reveal it before the IPO is priced (i.e. in the next couple of days) because you'd then be taking in hundreds of millions extra. Literally hundreds of millions of pure profit just for timing the announcements together.

If they don't announce anything, either there's no collaboration or, more likely, it's a little premature to announce.
