Feldenkrais owns 100% of the series A shares, which represents 61% of the control block. There’s no public company where a principle controls 100% of the control.

Series A shares vote along with common shares at 61%.
~40% of the AS is currently in an escrow account reserved for Marquis/Nahon.

This company currently has 3 series of preferred stock. Feldenkrais has issued a great deal in preferred B’s, which start unlocking in December. He’ll need to increase the AS to be able to convert.
