I hear what you are saying ... and there are legitamate concerns that can be brought up. The Marquis deal bothers me. Sure there are preferred shares with holding periods for acquisitions etc. ... but nothing illegal about that ... it is in the financials and aware of the time periods and would be aware if and when any conversions happen.
But this being out there and anything illegal taking place are two different stories and to date ... MF nor the company are being investigated that we are aware of, no charges have been filed, no dilution has taken place. Until I see something on that front ... it is speculation and I think MF will come out clean. The scammers were planning to scam the company and got busted before they could do it. The case will be unsealed eventually and we will see.
