The reference to a 60/40 split was regarding the control block of the shell ... the 5 series A shares. It also says 40 would go to Svorai's wife living in Canada or a family member. We know MF controls 100% being the 5 series A share control block. So if that deal never happened ... what else did not happen that is alleged in the affidavit?

It clearly shows Zoyes sold the control block to MF Dec 27, 2020 in the annual filing.
