It's been some time since LG made his appearances on the financial blog, but he was clear then that the BLA was anticipated this year.

That was over a year ago. and he was clear TLD was expected in the next few weeks.

Fox is very correct that the BLA submission is vastely more work that the what they have been doing to get a paper published. And that is going on a year now.
