It's been some time since LG made his appearances on the financial blog, but he was clear then that the BLA was anticipated this year. I believe that's the biggest thing the company has been working on all these months since they declared a quiet period. I do agree that once the TLD and Journal are out they'll go for an increase in authorized shares and either raise money, or announce an equity partnership that will provide sufficient funds to operate for many years. Of course a buyout is always possible as well, I believe a double digit share price would be needed to get the offer they want, but that's very possible with the strong data I believe they'll be announcing.
