Biotechs aren't sued for planning a trial that could fail. This isn't a legal issue.

Very good point Steady and that may actually be true about the two trials that we are awaiting data release on. Waiting on Fda approval or “direction” on we defer liability on the claims we are about to make if the data is very good!

Any day now we could wake up to a PR with very good news!
