They aren't being sued for planning a trial. They would get sued for talking about a trial they are planning to run that would be a massive profit maker and a game changer for CNS disease that doesn't get run.

If for whatever reason that trial doesn't get run the class action lawyers would be salivating.

That is the liability I was talking about.
