I also think if the Race Car is not providing a revenue stream, that needs to go. We'll see if the publicity generated from that operation is worth pumping continued money into. Obviously, if the driver is a winner, then the answer is probably yes.

Also, I believe the shareholders and potential shareholders are a bit gun shy at the moment so many current shareholders are selling off here. Problem is do you sell off at the current $40 mil market cap bottom based on the approximate 1.6 bil overall o/s base? IMO, the shareprice goes up dramatically when the Preferred A is out of the picture and the company and CEO start buying back and retiring more shares. This is common everyday shareholder friendly stuff that other successful companies do every day! That mindset from Private run to Public run may be tough for some to overcome.

Anyone thinking of averaging down or taking a new position at .025 is just giving money indirectly to Roger Pawson. VFIN is in the sweet spot with lots of bid support at .024 pushing buyers to VFIN, the sole occupant on the best offer.
