Also, I believe the shareholders and potential shareholders are a bit gun shy at the moment so many current shareholders are selling off here. Problem is do you sell off at the current $40 mil market cap bottom based on the approximate 1.6 bil overall o/s base? IMO, the shareprice goes up dramatically when the Preferred A is out of the picture and the company and CEO start buying back and retiring more shares. This is common everyday shareholder friendly stuff that other successful companies do every day! That mindset from Private run to Public run may be tough for some to overcome.
