How could anyone have lost money unless they sold their stock?

And I wonder where they would get the idea that they should sell their stock?

And what content posted here would convince anyone that they should sell their stock?

I wonder who would post things like:

- "NP is a felon"
- "CYDY will be bankrupt by the end of September"
- "Insiders are selling and bailing"
- "The drug is saline - ineffective - call it it leronlisaline"

....and the list goes on and on....and continues daily...

...anyone need any more convincing why someone would want to sell at this point to lose money and not wait until fat lady sings?

It’s called freedom of speech. Yes, he was a moderator. Yes, he was compensated. Yes, he had his own thoughts about the company and he freely aired/publicized them. So what.

It is evident, IMO, that you are totally unaware of US law and freedom of speech. At times those two collide. That’s how laws are created.

As a prosecutor or defense lawyer, you would have to show lots of evidence/cause that CL’s intent was to fool the mom and pop’s of the CYDY world. The operative word is on intent.

And, a conviction is way, way at the other end of evidence, after spending LOTS of time and money chasing down that interesting reasoning.
