The issue is Chris Lonsford's non-disclosure of HIS COMPENSATION BY CYTODYN while he was actively running his Facebook group of Cytodyn investors.
While admin of this very popular group which played a key role during the pump:
- He pushed Cytodyn stories
- Encouraged positive exchanges between long investors
- Promoted people (eg moderators) that supported the Cytodyn long thesis
- While actively moderating (=censoring) critics
The last example is him deleting the account of the user that asked him if he was being compensated by Cytodyn.
This is enough to have him convicted.
And enough for mom & pop investors who have lost money in this scam (most of them) to attack him. They really should. They used to trust this Facebook board. He will pay for this, and he should:
