It’s called freedom of speech. Yes, he was a moderator. Yes, he was compensated. Yes, he had his own thoughts about the company and he freely aired/publicized them. So what.

It is evident, IMO, that you are totally unaware of US law and freedom of speech. At times those two collide. That’s how laws are created.

As a prosecutor or defense lawyer, you would have to show lots of evidence/cause that CL’s intent was to fool the mom and pop’s of the CYDY world. The operative word is on intent.

And, a conviction is way, way at the other end of evidence, after spending LOTS of time and money chasing down that interesting reasoning.
