Did Cognate exist prior to Toucan, or did Toucan provide the early seed capital for the startup? Was Cognate always domiciled in MD, or did it first as a California company?

I sense that the early years of Toucan and investments where an outgrowth of LP’s involvement with MTDC, so that might have been how the introductions came about.

I also temd to believe that Cognate became a service provider to NWBO and that’s how the relationship began, rather than Cognate being specifically established to support NWBO, at least that would be my guess.
