I think LP became involved around Feb 2004 through September 2005 by loaning Northwest around 6.75 million in bridge loans. Those loans may have then been converted to shares later (I'm not sure). The company. In July of 2004, Northwest entered into a two year service agreement with Cognate to manufacture DCVax products, r&d pre-clinical activities, manage clinical trials, and regulatory advice.
So it would seem that the Toucan investment in Northwest was first, and the Cognate affiliation followed.
