I do not know for sure, but the company and dendritic cell trials and products existed before LP was fully in charge. How do people know that her fund did not get to know about and participating in funding of Cognate first and then come to know about DCVax as a client of the firm?

Poor Man, as you know, NWBio moved from the NW to Bethesda, Maryland too. Cognate was founded in 2002. The DCVax-Brain clinical trials started in 2000 and 2003:

I do not know the full back story. But, I do know that NWBio had to spend money early on to have Cognate dedicate clean rooms for the exclusive manufacture of DCVax-L.
