I doubt LP came up with the idea for a startup CDMO (Cognate) on her own. My guess is some scientists presented her with a business plan to solicit funding from Toucan. Although, I guess it’s possible if LP was canvassing the sector and recognized a niche, she could have came up with a general idea to start Cognate. Seems less probable, but possible.

There’s got to be an interesting back story.
