First show me where I was the one that said 3 billion. Wasn't me. And sorry you can't properly read the 1-A/A. Clearly states 1 billion shares to be issued. "Number of securities offered 1000000000"
Pretty easy…it’s what is left of the A/S and I would agree. This company was going to R/S then decided to hold off which about 99% of the time companies in the OTC decide to R/S when they have basically maxed A/S. Also a very high % of companies in the OTC are basically share sales companies.
Listen I am invested here and def hoping for some run left but let’s not ignore reality that the only thing this company is doing right now is selling shares by telling us their “plans” for the future. Which is what most of these penny stocks do for their entire existence.
