I advise, let the company speak for themselves. You are just comparing other
OTC plays and saying this falls into the same category. Belfrics is not a small
company, nor are they a start-up. They as well as LCLP want the PPS to rise.
LCLP originally explained that the amount of shares was too much to manage,
and therefore had planned the R/S to reduce OS. Upon listening to investors,
etc.. they cancelled the R/S. For them to expand, grow as with all companies
some dilution at times is a path to support that. Their last dilution was
33,333,333 Million shares. Today, we see no dilution. Shares Outstanding
didn't change.
I am going by the companies word and expect good things ahead.
