After reviewing the document you referred to, there is not a specific
number of shares which the company stated at that time that would be
diluted. However, they said if acquisitions occur, some dilution could
occur and affect share holders. This is common sense and within reason,
as any company going through these changes would encounter the same
result. To either have debt, dilution or some form of financing.

This form then, does not have any evidence or proof that is,
of a specific number os shares that would be diluted.

Please offer more insight. Where do you get 3 BILLION shares from?
