raf, prove that it's all about supply. Every holiday will have AMRN bearing the brunt of the lost scripts. Unless they get something going with a combo pill or legally, this proves the US market is dead. Also proves imo that sales reps are irrelevant. I saw someone post a day or 2 ago there were 150 open sales positions. There should be 500.

Thanks, as always, for the scripts! Not particularly bothered about these results since they are in line with the Labor Day effect on pharmaceuticals generally. And Rosh Hashanah probably affected sales through the rest of the week too since Jewish holidays might have a bigger impact in the areas where Amarin does most of its sales.

I suppose the good news is that there is not another national holiday until Thanksgiving. And hopefully we get good news on the COVID trial to boost us through the end-of-year holiday slowdown.

Unless there's a surprise PR announcement by Amarin, we probably don't see a rise in share price until the company proves it is gaining sales in the U.S. or Germany in a significant way.
