As at 8 September, 2021 the number of allotted, issued and fully paid: 695,208,674 ordinary shares of £0.01. There are no other classes of shares in issue.

The number of ordinary shares not in public hands amount to 144,116,339 equivalent to 20.7% of the issued allotted and fully paid ordinary shares.
