Last I checked, KBLB was in arrears in paying off their debt to Notre Dame. When KBLB is in breach of their contract, Notre Dame is probably able to assign those exclusive rights elsewhere.
That could happen, but it would of helped their cause to not include Kim and Yun-Gen as inventors in the patent apps. I think Notre Dame understood the difficulties of getting permission, certificates, and doing business, in foreign countries, better than shareholders.
This is one of the reasons why KBLB should not claim those rights are 'OURS.
But they are ours, and it is on KBLB to push the patent rights through, with lawyers other than Notre Dames now. You can't talk about the agreement AND scold them for exercising rights that exist....and as a shareholder to boot.
Sort of like the problems KBLB is having in Prodigy? Can't be sure, but their actions suggest a similar problem remains even today.
Actions like telling you straight up, that they are pleased with the quality? Don't waste our time.
Don't know if KBLB is licensing that technique or found something different.
LOL, the process does not require licensing. Maybe I need to license my pressure washer for some applications?
But KBLB always seems to be going off in new research directions rather than focusing on their core business.
Are you serious? Yeah, (sarcasm)all companies have such singular focus. Quit R&D and you are a dead company.
Chewing gum may be asking a bit too much at this particular moment.
Yeah, it is all so simple. Research is chewing gum typical, yet the advise is more focus and less research. How entertaining.
