Before you call them ambulance chasers, look at the petition they just filed.

I am not a scientist, but this new document was clearly using experts who examined the SAVA data in granular detail. It clearly implies fraud and criminal behavior; it looks damning to me, but what do I know?

I know people love to attack lawyers and shorts -- I assume this was commissioned by shorts -- but they can be heroes as well as bad guys. The law firm looks legit, the petition certainly looks legit, and Cassava may well be the furthest thing from legit.

Perhaps there is no need to panic and take an interim peek.

This can have a couple of effects on AVXL stock, obviously. We may drop in sympathy or we may rise in prominence. I think first we drop, which will be a buying opportunity.
