Thanks for that info... got me looking a little more. Shares entered the OS its dilution no matter how hard anyone wants to think otherwise, and wasnt purchased at all to support the price as many think here. If it were the OS would have went down not up recently.
Awarded himself shares... yes they may be restricted but he didnt purchase them he gave shares to himself. And when they become unrestricted Nenry will sell them into the market in time imo.
