Problem is it isnt closed. Multiple EV have spontaneously combusted with Tesla leading the way in sheer number of vehicles this year. GM at least recalls its battery packs while Tesla continues to put its customers at risk.
This will keep happening during solar storms and will only get worse as the earths magnetic field continues to weaken.
