If someone has a different opinion on share buyback law I would like to hear it. Like I have said before I am not a legal beagle.

So do we actually know there will be a buy back. If I read your post correctly, we don’t know but have a idea that there might be.

I have been in EGOC Since 8/2020. I am looking at how best to deal with my shares. Not a huge amount but I am happy with them.

Have been in Lazar stocks that did the RM AND then did a RS. Killed the stock.

This one does not appear to be that way. Can anyone help me out with how we actually think EGOC might go. So far it has been a nice climb up.

Every time I have been involved with a share buyback there is usually an announcement which is later reflected in the SS at the OTC. My thought is as we embark on the road to pink current we all will get a clearer picture of the Co including the SS and once current the PPS will climb much higher. I also think that there is a sense urgency by management to get current and as such we may see a flood of filings being processed very shortly. JMO
